Between the guides that I write, the notes you take in class, and your textbook, you have plenty of ways to get the information for each level. However, sometimes you just need to learn in a different way. You can always get personal tutoring during office hours, but here are a few external places to look when I'm not on Google Meet.
LatinTutorial
LatinTutorial is a great YouTube channel that provides videos on all things Latin. Almost any topic that we cover in class will have a video covering it. You can watch the videos directly on YouTube, or use his website, which has all of his videos organized in an easier-to-find way.
Latin Grammar Articles
The Latin Library
Despite the unassuming white background with a list of blue, Times New Roman hyperlinks, the Latin Library offers many straightforward explanations for Latin grammar and forms, often with ample examples. |
Allen and Greenough
This is a fully digitalized copy of Allen and Greenough's New Latin Grammar for Schools and Colleges. This is a pretty dense text, but it covers EVERY grammatical aspect and form in the Latin language, and provides real Latin examples for each one. If you are looking for a thorough, in-depth explanation for anything in Latin grammar, you'll find it here. |
